The general plan for this site is to write about my exploits on my bikes, which will include (hopefully) articles on the bikes themselves, maintenance, noteworthy rides and trackdays, the kit I use and the things I learn. I hope if you read anything, that you enjoy it and that hopefully it makes you smile.

The genesis of this website and this blog started a few years ago when I realised that I really wanted to write about motorcycles. After several tries at getting a job in motorcycle journalism (I even had a few interviews) I decided that if there wasn't a job for me somewhere, then I'd create my own.

MeMy name is Matt Brown and I'm a UK journalist formerly based in London, but now calling the South of England home. I've been riding bikes since 2007, but got hooked straight away. Nothing gives me the feeling of freedom, even when stuck in a city. In 2010 I became a RoSPA gold rider, but when it comes down to it, I'm Just a normal man, riding his bikes as often as he can.
