I found that during the first session, I quickly got tired and started to feel discomfort in both my feet and my hands. I made of a point of not being aggressive, hanging back instead of charging forward, but come the end of the session I was shot. I did get my first kneedown of the season, going through Clearways, which is always a nice feeling.
The second session was much much better. I felt comfortable all the way through and didn't feel any pain or discomfort anywhere, even at the end of the session. With my confidence boosted from just being on the track I managed to string some good laps together and I felt pretty good on the bike. Brands is a very intense place and you don't get a rest, but its a great place and I'm always looking to head back.
I would love to show you some photos of the day, but after waiting for over an hour following technical issues, when I got home the disc I bought was blank, so it looks like I'll have to send an email off tomorrow morning. Oh well, these things happen.
