Just got back from Lids Direct in Watford with my now fixed and sorted Arai. Awesome stuff. Following this weeks cold snap, although its not really a snap it more a case of calling it winter, I have found my threshold for riding my bike. It turns out that I don't like riding in -4 and freezing fog, who would have thought it. Anyway on more interesting level, my new clutch has arrived. Basket, plates, springs the whole kit and kaboodle. All I have to do now it wait for a bit of a break in the weather and ride the Ducati the 2 miles up the road. It will give me the chance to brim the tank and add some fuel stabiliser so the bike will be ready first turn of the key in the spring. I'm already looking forward to it. I know I havent posted my report on Motorcycle live, unfortunately real life got in the way, but it should be up in a few days. Cross fingers

MeMy name is Matt Brown and I'm a UK journalist formerly based in London, but now calling the South of England home. I've been riding bikes since 2007, but got hooked straight away. Nothing gives me the feeling of freedom, even when stuck in a city. In 2010 I became a RoSPA gold rider, but when it comes down to it, I'm Just a normal man, riding his bikes as often as he can.
